My experience was virtually seamless from the first contact, through pre-qualification, docs, and close. All inquiries (and there weren't many because the process was well laid out) were answered promptly. This was my 7th time either purchasing or refinancing a home and this was the smoothest transaction of them all. And I got a killer rate!!!
Tony and his entire team was great through the entire loan process. He regularly updated me when we were shopping for rates and got me the rate I wanted. Paperwork was painless, team was very responsive, and he was personally available at all hours of the day to answer any questions I had.
