Tony and the team we’re always accessible to answer any questions we had. Being our first time going through this process, we had ALOT of questions. We were never made to feel like any question was too small. Would recommend to anyone.

We recently financed our first mortgage with Tony Close and his team. The seller wanted a shorter than normal escrow period in order to close the deal. That meant that Tony and his team really had to push to get everything finished more quickly than the typical sale. I literally had to call Tony at 9pm on a few occasions to ensure I understood the documents I had to sign. We used Wendee and Tony as the lender when we purchased our home about 1 year ago and now that intrest rates have dropped we worked with them again to refinance. They helped us work though a credit issue to help ensure we recieved the highest credit score possible and then ensured we got the lowest intrest rate possible. In the end we now look to save approx. $250 per month on our mortgage payment!!
