I did none of the lifting, as she did it all for me. All the calculations with the expected rates and expenses were considered and she was able to explain where every dollar went. The biggest thing that stood out was that she stayed up until 1 AM with me, as I am a night shift worker with a very demanding job and zero down time. These 1 AM calls were personalized, and she was attentive throughout. Where her other coworkers missed the details, she was able to pick up and fix it for me.
