Jason is the type of person you can pick up the phone and call and he or his team will handle any situation or problems that comes up, I won’t be using any other mortgage team other then his, top notch.
Kelly was so extremely helpful on processing my loan. Her knowledge of the various different loan types was instrumental in finding the best lowest cost loan and locking me in with a low rate. She walked me through the process and was always available at a moments notice to answer any questions I had. Additionally, she was able to help facilitate the closing and recording of the loan on time despite delays from other parties. I would highly recommend Kelly and Guaranteed Rate.
