Don't usually do this but STAY AWAY from Corvette Mods! Ordered hood struts for my C5 and they were short by 2". When I asked to return I was told to take pictures which I did but haven't heard from them. I filed a dispute. When I checked my credit card I found 2 unauthorized charges totaling $105.99. Again, be aware of Corvette mods....wish I could give it no stars. I do realize the credit card company will take the necessary steps to issue my refund...
Purchased the door glass for my 73 Corvette holes did not match up curvature window did not work would not returned 4 exchange or refund
One of the worse customer service operations I had the unpleased pleasure of dealing with, I placed several orders from their web site. I was misinformed on the delivery of the parts, example one tracking number was issued for the 3 items, (you would assume all items were under that tracking number) I received only one item on that $600 order but I was told that one of the items was on back order but if I wanted it quicker I needed to pay another 51.99 to get it to me faster? also the other item they would have to ema... read more
I'm finished with Corvette Mods because of their return policy they will charge you for original shipping and you have to pay to ship back to them. Make sure you read their return policy before you order from them. And I was on hold for over 15 minutes before I was disconnected in regards to my return . My original purchase was $59.99 they refunded $36.40 and I paid $6.65 to ship back so it ended up costing me $20.24 . Dissatisfied JLK
I ordered headlights and they send the me the wrong ones, and more expensive ones to. Good luck reaching customer service. Hope you like their hold music.
Not impressed with them. Online shop is average. However, support is a pain in the neck. They complicate everything, don't provide clear answers. On top of that I was charged a restocking fee for a piece of crap they sold me that they should be ashamed of offering for sale. The description and pictures were not good, misleading and I ended up buying the thing. I don't recommend this store.
I would not order anything from this company. They use a Chinese supplier and you are looking at 2 months before you get your parts. Not only did it take 2 months to receive my carbon fiber z06 style brake scoops which cost me $400, the kit came with incomplete hardware and no drill template so I could not use them. Now they don't want to return them because the don't take carbon fiber back(likely because it comes from China).
Customer service is a joke! Low quality parts. Say free shipping on a $99 purchase and change it to $199 after the sale. I would rather masturbate with a wire brush than do business again with this company again.
