Sun visor covers for a 2003 Corvette $200.00 After receiving the ordered item, it was found to be A) the wrong color than shown) B) too large ( baggy) C). did not have a window areas for the flip up mirror as advertised Customer service said send an email to " returns". this was done immediately along with pictures I received an email a few days later from a Poland company stating this was custom and was denied. DO NOT BUY THIS TOTE BAG. I purchased the Corvette Watercolor Canvas Tote Bag on April 17, 2021. By July 19, 2021 the lining of the tote separated from the seam and started to shred. Customer service informed me of their 45 day return/replacement policy, and since I owned the tote bag for 90 days, I’m basically screwed. As a consumer I find it unacceptable that Corvette Mods sells such poorly made products. I was hoping to get more than 3 months use out of this tote bag.

I'm very upset about the customer service. A few months ago, I ordered a gas tank kit for my C2 (1967). When the kit arrived it was missing a part. I called customer service and the issue was handled. I wasn't able to install right away, but did get to it last week. Then about three days later I developed a fuel leak. Upon inspection. found the leak coming from the sending unit. One would like it was from the "O" ring seal, but no it was from a wire terminal. I called customer service. Scumbags. Took my money $355.00 never sent part. Dispute through PayPal and they stated FedEx part. Part was order 5/28. But the shipped it 5/27. WOW. MIND readers. Shop elsewhere. Check out reviews other sites.

Stay away! No way this company has a 4+ star rating. Go on every other site and it’s under 2 stars. BBB has a F rating and an alert for this company there’s so many complaints. They sent me the wrong item twice, tried blaming it on me, sent me derogatory and threatening emails. Items were returned, I had to pay return shipping, still have not received a refund on my credit card.

Thanks for selling me the parts now how about i return the parts. 2 hoses leaked at the seam 20miles after install and the other 80 miles. Had the replaced with real hoses not Chinese trash you sold me. Then the power steering slave cylinder came apart. I have called and called no answer from the return department and on hold for 15 to 20min each time. I call and talk to the sales department right away. Unfortunately sales cant help with returns. USE ANOTHER COMPANY!

Ordered a pair of the grand sport acrylic stripes for the C5 corvette. Description reads they are long lasting, UV resistant, years of use. But after about 30 days, the ones closer to the drivers cabin started to fade pink, terrible design flaw, tried to refund them and they said objects applied cannot be returned nor can they be returned after about 30 days. Worst customer service ever.

Purchased your carbon fiber pillar covers and they were anything but easy to remove or relocate They left glue on the pillars and the glue was almost impossible to remove. In the process of removing the carbon fiber on the drivers side, the tip of the carbon fiber piece broke off. I just had to relocate it 1/8". I just can't see buying another set with such an aggressive glue and not to being able to remove as you stated in your description.

Ordered custom painted part, took months to find out it was shipped, then found out it was on backorder. No communications. Terrible customer service.
