Customer service is terrible. Called and was on hold for 20 minutes. Called again to talk to another department and they advised they could not help and put me back on hold. Facility is like 5,000 sq ft. could have walked around their whole shop 10 times the entire I was on hold. Called on order and was told all 3 items would be shipping "next week". received an email later in the week with tracking and stated all 3 items shipped. Order a fuel pump and sending unit all together and when i got it was in pieces no directions i did not have old one to go by so end up with something i cant use it does not say in ad some assembly required some it put together and this is not.

Headlight conversion kit says fits 68 to 82 i have a 77 and doesn't fit at all. Much larger than the orogionals

Stay away from this place. Do not order from them if you expect you order in a timely manner. Ecklerscorvettte.com, amazon, CARiD are way better to order parts from. I will never do business again. They'll take the payment right away but wont tell you an exact date of when the product might be shipped. Bullshit.

Had I know it was going to take over a month to get a cold air intake I would have never placed the order. I looked up the same intake on another website and I could have received it in 5 days. Never will use this place again

Horrible! To sum up my experience with this company. I only gave it one star because I couldn't give it zero. First of all, transparency of availability when ordering a product; quick to take your money but no notification of items on backorder unless you call and ask where your shipment is. Second, horrible people skills during a phone call while trying to get answers as to when I might receive the order. Third, after cancelling a last item "on backorder", less than half my money refunded to me "for shipping" on a product ... read more

Worst customer service ever!!.. Scam alert!!... Had a brand new discover card and only made 1 purchase on it from this place and come to find out they didnt even have my part in stock, went on for 3 months so asked for a refund and got half my money back and all of the sudden i had 10+ charges to my new card ( all from Texas) for random things!!!.. Dont buy anything from this place unless you have money to give away from there fraudulent schemes!!..

I purchased a mild to wild exhaust controller from Corvette Mods. The instructions are incomplete and typical of Chinese products. I called and asked for technical support and was told they do not offer technical support. I have sent several emails requesting a return and i am being ignored. Last order I will ever place with Corvette Mods.
