Awesome experience Lindsey Janku was way beyond any loan officer I have ever had, and I'm 69 yoa with many home loan. She answers your text/email messages almost immediatly and addresses your questions and concerns on a personal yet professional level. It was a great experience Alex Balassi and his colleague Vanessa Adele were both very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Alex made himself available anytime through phone, text, or email. He was always prompt in his replies and did everything he could to assist me and my wife throughout the loan application, approval, closure, and funding stages.
Excellent guidance and service Todd was very helpful and informative. If he didn't know something, he went out of his way to figure it out. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
Agents went above and beyond. Bill Jones and Cody Mueller worked tirelessly and though a barrage of questions and uncertainty on my part with patience, professionalism, and aplomb. My credit was not good to begin with, but they shepherded me though the process, and it in the end, they got me a great rate for my score and the ultimately, the money I needed to fix my credit and make much needed home repairs. I could not recommend Bill and Cody and the the whole team at TopFlite with more gusto and assurance.
Best experience ever My case was a little complicated, but with the help of Jerome, who guided me step by step, was always available when I call or sent an email, or returned my calls the same day, the process felt so easy.
