Refinance I started working with this company about 2 years ago and was unable to complete the process due to situations created by me. I appreciated Bill, my loan officer, for being honest with me at the beginning of the process back then, gave me some suggestions on what I could do to improve my approval standing. Honest and amazing The entire process was easy. I have never dealt with someone as efficient as Amie Jones. She was always honest about the process and the steps we needed to take. Excellent customer service and Super Easy Robert was very tentative to every question. It was so easy and convenient uploading all my documents. Communication is very important when dealing with a client's home. I look forward to working with Robert in the future, and have already referred my friends and family.
