Outstanding Im a surface miner with long hours, Tony Valentini was very understanding and very willing to help in every way he could, he answered every question and took personal care of me through the entire process. The whole experience was easy and satisfying, plus he fought for me to get me the best deal he possibly could. Refiance Bill Jones and Jill Grosse were awesome to work with. In my times of frustration they were there to answer my many questions, offer encouragement and suggest solutions in areas I was unfamiliar on how to obtain the information needed.
