Wonderful Lindsay was very pleasant to work with. Kept the process moving and kept me updated even through stagnant times of my own procrastination. Great communication via text, email & phone. Explained all options thoroughly and was patient with our questions and instances where we had to backtrack somewhat. Great experience and super quick I applied online through a site that got me multiple rates and calls. Billy called and was super nice and knowledgeable. I talked to multiple people and he was the easiest to deal with by far. He answered all my questions and right under 40 days start to finish I was done. He seemed to be honest and upfront about everything.

Bill Jones at Top Flite is the way to go Between bill and top flite financial I had a great rate and A service. They had me approved right away with a great rate. They met all my needs and from start to finish it was less than 40 days. Between their app and email it was so easy to upload everything they needed through it. The only person I met was the Notary to sign that came to the house. Easy and hassle free as it could have gotten I believe.
