Great Company to work with The whole process, while long and involved, because of the covid pandemic, was fairly easy to go through, because I had the support of Andrew and his team at Top Flite Financial. A mile above the rst I talked to 2 other loan officers before Andrew. He instantly impressed me. Top Flite financial Christopher Piatchek was my loan officer and many congratulations to accomplishing the task at hand. I had a commercial loan on a single family home from 2007 when loans were a scam. Spent the last couple of years trying to convert the commercial loan into a conventional loan. Low and behold Chris was able to accomplish this refinance and eliminate the commercial loan. It took time so be patient they will accomplish the task at hand. Thanks
