Responsive and friendly to work with! I got an invitation in my email to refinance my existing mortgage. This would't have happened if it wasn't for Lindsay Even though COVID has made this a tricky time for lending plus the fact that my loan needs were complicated, Lindsay made the process seem like a breeze. I don't know how many times she had to go at-bat for me. When every reviewer came up with a different "required document," she fought them down until they went away. It's a shame I can only give her five stars. She deserves more, much more.
Great communicator and facilitator! Lindsay Mortara does a great job facilitating the entire loan process and clearly communicates what is needed at each step of the process.
