It was a easy process. Sam stayed in touch through the whole process of refinancing my home and took great care of us. I was a little apprehensive when we started but we ended up with a great deal and a much lower interest rate.
Mortgage Refi Lindsay was great to work on through our refi process. Covid added additional requirements which made the processes longer than anticipated. Lindsay stayed in contact with me every step of the way. She was wonderful to deal with during our refi process.
Happy customer. Amie did a great job helping me through a complicated refi due to issues with other folks on the title. Old mortgage holder was ridiculously slow to provide information. Amie and Vanessa were patient, I know I can be a complete jerk. Never once did I feel pushed off. Communication was easy. I’ll be back next year when it’s time to buy a new house.
