I dont really understand where the negative reviews and reports of scams are coming from. I have worked with a few mortgage companies and Top Flite helped get me the best rate I was offered anywhere and made the process easy for buying my first home this Spring. Their app and process were user-friendly and communication was strong as well. I closed on time and they gave me tips and other guidance throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone. My loan officer was *** ****! He was great as well.
We had an absolutely great experience from the get go. To be able to get us to a point that we thought we would never be able to get to because of our credit was amazing. **** always answered our phone calls no matter what. I know ****** had her work cut out for her with all my credit stuff.
