I recently completed a refinance with the help of Top Flite representative, Anthony Valentini. The process spanned more than a year, but through no fault of Tony's. We encountered several hurdles throughout, including my layoff due to a COVID reduction in force. Tony was consistently proactive and engaged, ensuring I understood the process and the action items being pursued to continue the forward progress. I highly recommend Jake Obermoeller and Top Flite Financial! The process from application to closing was an absolute pleasure. Outstanding Refinance Experience!! The entire refinance experience was very customer friendly! Jerome Cole was our Loan Officer and made himself available at all hours to answer our questions and assist us in our refinance process. All documents required for this transaction were sent to Top Flite via their secure portal and final closing was done in our home with a notary arranged for by Top Flite. Great experience - thank you Top Flite!
