Outstanding Refinance Experience!! The entire refinance experience was very customer friendly! Jerome Cole was our Loan Officer and made himself available at all hours to answer our questions and assist us in our refinance process. All documents required for this transaction were sent to Top Flite via their secure portal and final closing was done in our home with a notary arranged for by Top Flite. After talking to several lenders, Bill got our business because he answered all of my questions in an upfront manner and got back to me quickly with numbers. The terms were good and he worked hard to get everything together quickly. Three weeks and we were closed and funded. Very organized and professional.

I Spoke with ******* ****, and she seemed so nice and helpful, but once after I uploaded my information to her top flite web portal, she started ghosting me, claiming to be so busy, not returning my phone calls. So I decided to move on to another resource. After speaking with the loan officer Mrs. ***, we are confused about her accusations of non communication since she just spent time with her of more than an hour on Wednesday the 19th and Thursday the 20th. As far as the SSN numbers being "exposed" we use encrypted software that has not had any breaches so none of her personal information has been exposed. We have also deleted the application account as well per her request. If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out to me directly. *********
Worst ever. They had wrong information. Then kept sending me emails for more Information for loan and then said they don't know where I got the emails from.. um it was your work account McGiven..I would never recommend this company for they don't get correct information and try to blame you. Sad... very sad.
They arw a scam. I did everything they asked paid over $2000 out of pocket because they made us use they company for all things like inspection etc. They scam and lies do not use this company.
I am fairly convinced this was all a scam! To date, I have yet to receive anything in the mail relative to my loan being denied (which I believe is illegal!) My process began in late July and was relatively easy back then. They honestly made it sound like they could help me. Fast-talking sales pitch making promises that couldn't be kept. I was initially reached out to (like all the other online mortgage lenders) and was told they would meet my needs with my circumstances. I was looking to consolidate some debt and refinance. After sending them all my information, I heard back from them maybe three times, at one time mistaking me for another client.
