Refiance Bill Jones and Jill Grosse were awesome to work with. In my times of frustration they were there to answer my many questions, offer encouragement and suggest solutions in areas I was unfamiliar on how to obtain the information needed. Refinancing during the COVID pandemic produced its share of delays, but Bill & Jill never gave up moving forward and I truly appreciated their "don't give up" attitude.

It was a very good experience. Being leary of doing a loan online, Andrew was very reassuring. Had he not helped me every step of the way and being so patient and understanding for my limited computer knowledge, I'm not sure I could have done it on my own. He was able to explain my questions at my level.
