Refinance I started working with this company about 2 years ago and was unable to complete the process due to situations created by me. I appreciated Bill, my loan officer, for being honest with me at the beginning of the process back then, gave me some suggestions on what I could do to improve my approval standing. I followed those suggestions and today 2021, I completed the refi process. Also helped the interest rates were great! Thanks.
