Awesome experience Lindsey Janku was way beyond any loan officer I have ever had, and I'm 69 yoa with many home loan. She answers your text/email messages almost immediatly and addresses your questions and concerns on a personal yet professional level. She took the time to put up with my rants and frustration, which were caused by myself. Told me she could be my "punching bag". It was a very good experience. Being leary of doing a loan online, Andrew was very reassuring. Had he not helped me every step of the way and being so patient and understanding for my limited computer knowledge, I'm not sure I could have done it on my own. He was able to explain my questions at my level.
