My mom has steroids injections only in back. This the first time her Pain Managent Dr uses this place and sent my mom there. She never got a call the day before to confirm or tell her no instructions. She wasnt having surgery they treated it like a surgery and she wasnt having surgery. They bruised my moms arms bad w the IV. I was never contacted in regards to the surgery I scheduled for December 10th. I was never given my arrival time or even contacted by TOPS for my surgery registration. I have called TOPS twice this evening (December 7th) and was told they did not have the schedule yet but I would be contacted by 5pm when they leave for the day. It is now almost 6pm and I was never given my arrival time for my surgery on Monday. This is the 2nd time I have had an issue with trying to get my arrival time from TOPS.
