Get directionsThey were more concerned about how much I could pay than my daughter's surgery. I made a substantial payment on the surgery day then set up recurring monthly payments. Before the first payment could post I received notice from a collection agency. I had to make numerous calls to Tops to get my bill cleared and was told Everytime that my daughters acct had been corrected and to disregard but it wasn't! The billing staff and mngt staff are dishonest and non reliable. I will NEVER use this facility again!!!
My mother had surgery it has been a bad experience do not use this faculty
