I’m there every 3 months. It’s usually always good. However, the last 2 visits have been horrible because of the anesthesiologist. Even my doctor was not happy with the care. The new group that came in has this place going down!

The staff were is fantastic couldn't ask for a better team.The people who sits up the appointments for the surgeries are anouther thing. I called to see what was needed to do before the surgery and what time I needed to be there . they told me I wasn't one the schedule . I called my dr and they said yes you are . so when I called black they told me the same and I tried to tell the nurse on the phone that I was and I just needed to know when to be there and she said that I wasn't and that I wouldn't have it done. I'm not recommending due to their customer service, after a procedure (outpatient). The day of the procedure all went well and everyone was very nice. There is an issue with the insurance claim, according to our insurance company they did not follow proper procedures. We've been trying to reach someone who can help get this resolved. We've left 3 voicemails for ext 7064, the person we were told who could help. We've also left 1 voicemail for ext 7433 (office manager?) and have not received a call back. I contacted TOPS before posting this review and told them if they want to speak with me before I post a bad review I would give them a week to call me to discuss. No contact was made by them at all for 3 weeks. So, here it goes. I had spine surgery in early August and had a horrific experience in dealing with the night nurses (name was Effie and another was a tech nurse--don't remember her name). I’m very glad I chose to have my knee replacement surgery done at TOPS. It’s not grand or pretentious, but it has great doctors, the best nursing care, and because it’s small, personal attention is given to patients which is most important for recovery. I had my 1st knee surgery last year with Dr. Michael S. George and I was impressed, and when I returned last month to have my 2nd knee surgery with the same doctor, I was happy to note some positive changes.
