Ken and his staff are amazing. Where the other companies failed Total Comfort came through and exceeded our expectations. Total Comfort is the only Heating and Air company I will ever rely on from now on.
Ken is amazing. He's an honest business man. No hassle. He'll walk you through the process to ensure you understand the contract work at hand. What I appreciate the most, Ken came back to my house days later to inspect the work of his crew. In doing so, he found some minor things he will have his crew address. That's good business!!!!!! Not to mentioned the crewmen were very respectful of my house/space, taking shoes off etc. I highly recommend Total Comfort! Home Depot's estimate cost more for a less impressive unit.
Excellent service for a fair price!
Very polite staff, reasonable pricing, had a little problem with furnace and that was just changing a couple of wires. Workers came in and before I knew anything they were just about done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a furnace or A/C. Thank you again Total Comfort
