Totally weird things happened with order. I ordered three things. Two showed up in a box that was full. One was missing pieces. Your customer service people immediately shipped the missing bolts. Then, half of the other item went out after a week. They have already shipped a replacement. Then, the third item never shipped and they immediately addressed that. I was blown away at the customer service and promptness. I have several pro-line animated figures in my lighting display and when I started having trouble with my waving Santa I was worried how I would keep him working. I thought I would have to build my own micro controller or something. Well one quick email to TotalHomeDecor and I found out I was able to get replacement parts that will get me back up and running in no time at all. Very happy.
