we had a defective projector that we sent in for repair. they are sending us a new one due to the length of time.

Elizabeth was really helpful and sent out a replacement for a broken part and for the flashing lights that had stopped working. I didn’t expect to get such great customer service, and I’m happy to have everything working again. Our neighbor kids love the train and they will be happy to see it flashing again for Christmas this year!
