I am having an issue with my USB. Elizabeth in support is MORE THAN AWESOME!! She communicated promptly and stayed with me through the whole process until my problem was resolved. Elizabeth was great to work with.....she really helped me out with the replacement.... The Charlie Brown tree is the biggest holiday decoration in our home......if you have any extras laying around.....we would never turn another one down!!!
