Love these great Halloween/ Christmas videos for my Total Home projector. We have lots of fun projecting them onto our front window and it brings joy to the neighbourhood. Many thanks to Aaron for helping set up my account properly.

I purchased several pro line animotion products and there was faulty wiring that cause entire sections of lights to blow. Elizabeth was able to quickly diagnose my issue and get me replacement light sets out to me.

Purchasing the USB was a bit confusing when it charges zero dollars but yet it shows that I am purchasing one after a while I thought about it and I believe that the shipping for it includes the cost for the USB but it is confusing

Unit needs to be replaced. Led bulb quit working
Customer service was outstanding. Very few companies nowadays treat their customers like this. The person i was corresponding with replied quickly was very knowledgeable about the product and went above and beyond to resolve my issue.
