I’m pleased that a replacement light set is being sent but very disappointed to not have had a lit tree for Christmas. My whole Peanuts display centered around that brightly lit tree.

After purchasing my projector I was having problems getting it to work. I used email support on Christmas Eve Elizabeth responded to my many emails was very knowledgeable and fixed my problem! I would definitely consider buying more products from these guys based on customer service alone.
