I purchased several pro line animotion products and there was faulty wiring that cause entire sections of lights to blow. Elizabeth was able to quickly diagnose my issue and get me replacement light sets out to me.
Elizabeth was great to work with. She helped me figure out my problem. Plus, went over and above to help me place my order and get it out right away.
Purchasing the USB was a bit confusing when it charges zero dollars but yet it shows that I am purchasing one after a while I thought about it and I believe that the shipping for it includes the cost for the USB but it is confusing
