Product works as advertised. After sale support was superb
Motor burned out in Snoopy mailbox that opened and closed Woodstock’s door. I called the company and they promptly replaced the motor at no charge. I was so delighted. It was so kind of them. Such excellent customer service. I would buy product again because they really stand by their products! I couldn’t be more pleased!

Elizabeth was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The process to request replacement parts for my ProductWorks Christmas decoration was easy and straightforward. I was happy to learn you had parts you could send. I was sad to learn that the product I have (60” Pro-line saluting soldier) is out of production and that getting replacement parts in the future may not be possible. Elizabeth was as kind and helpful as can be. The item I was calling in regards to is several years old, but has a lot of sentimental value to me as a core part of my Mom's holiday collection. I am a long time customer of Productworks and I purchased a mini projector for Halloween for our annual Haunted Home display. We set up the projector four days before Halloween and the fan stopped working after two days. We had to get creative to keep it operating with a portable mini fan clamped to the front. It worked for short periods of time but was not a permanent solution.
