I’ve been a nuisance with multiple inquiries and bungled orders. But customer service has been excellent, responding very quickly to answer my questioning emails and researching my orders. Being on the west coast, I always seem to send my emails after they’re closed but when I get to my desk the following morning; an answering email is waiting for me! Can’t get any quicker than that! Five Stars!

CSR Elizabeth was very helpful and patient and assisted me in acquiring the replacement lights for my Christmas Train. I purchased an inexpensive projector from TotalHome FX. Some years later, the internal memory failed but the projector still worked. TotalHome FX's representative was kind enough to engage in an email exchange to diagnose the problem. Then he sent me some videos to replace what was lost on the internal memory. He then went way above and beyond my expectations by sending me one old video file (my favorite) that was missing from the replacement video set. Really great customer service!!!
