Quick response to replacement issue, was very happy with response time to email request and solution.
When I received my order one of the bulbs was broken.. I contacted customer service and they were absolutely wonderful! Assisted by Katia
Had an issue with my lights and it was resolved within a day.
I received a Christmas decoration where only half of the lights worked. They immediately sent me another one and didn’t even bother me with figuring out how to return the defective one. Quick response and I’m very happy now.

We purchased an outdoor projector kit and there was an issue with the projector. I called and was immediately helped, emails and proof of purchase a new item is on its way. Very helpful, kind and communicative. Looking forward to using this product soon.
I inquired about the FX800 projector thru the site and was told it was no longer being offered. However, Aaron went above and beyond by finding me the last new one that was around. I very much appreciate going that extra mile to make a customer happy. A job well done!
