I purchased an inexpensive projector from TotalHome FX. Some years later, the internal memory failed but the projector still worked. TotalHome FX's representative was kind enough to engage in an email exchange to diagnose the problem. Then he sent me some videos to replace what was lost on the internal memory. He then went way above and beyond my expectations by sending me one old video file (my favorite) that was missing from the replacement video set. Really great customer service!!!

My projector was malfunctioning, and so I emailed as according to the directions. It was just a few email exchanges and I was sent a replacement projector with in a snap. Super helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. I really appreciate the ability to contact and have the manufacturer assist me directly, since I do not live near the store I ordered my projector from. Katia is a ROCK STAR!!!
