my projector stopped working on me, it was old and I thought o well take it apart and see what's going on, chip was burnt out, then I found the # on the back and thought, they still open with all the bull sh%t going on in the world, and ya know they were there and helped me out with an updated one! that was great for the folks around me like my set up's
replaced files on my SD disk that came with a projector 2017 purchase. Customer service could not have been better!
