Upon opening a gift from family, one of the items was defective and I emailed as directed to contact with any issues. Within hours they were replying to me and taking care of the issue I had. They got me a replacement sent out and I'm very happy with the customer service I received with this company!! Thank you so much!! Elizabeth and Katia helped me during this.
Our Snoopy/Peanuts animated mailbox had stopped working and I wrote just to see if I could even maybe purchase a new motor for it and Elizabeth arranged to have a new motor sent to me, which I greatly appreciated. We really love our animated mailbox and were disappointed the motor had stopped working so this was a wonderful solution.
Light was replaced and even sent more colors for the train! Thanks!

I called to get some replacement bulbs for our lighted train engine yard ornament. Elizabeth gave me the best customer service I have had in years. She is sending me multiple color covers and bulbs for the cost of shipping. I am thrilled. Elizabeth has a kind and easy to hear voice and was able to figure out what I needed by the description I gave her.
