Great Customer Service. Kathryn was able to tell me what was wrong with the unit and was able to detect that that was the issue. even though it was not repairable they got areplacment right out
I emailed without expecting an answer. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a quick reply trying to answer all my questions and helping me try to get my video player (projector) working again after one season. I feel that they figured out the problem and have sent me a solution that I hope will work. Thank you for being their for you customers

Had a problem with the videos on my USB that came with the camera - Kathryn was able to get me up and running by providing me a link to download and re-load the videos. A great help and it was appreciated.
