This company far and above exceeded in Customer Service and reliability. Our military FRG purchased two units and upon trying them out found a defect. I messaged the company and within a few hours All was handled and with no issues at all. I highly recommend this company for all your holiday FX needs., I know I will be ordering again . I was AMAZED by the customer service I received! I purchased the Total Home FX system last year, and it worked great! However, when we unpacked it this year, the speaker would not turn on. I emailed customer support to see if they could help troubleshoot it, and instead, they responded IMMEDIATELY and offered to send a new speaker at no charge! Thank you for such a fast response and excellent resolution to my issue!
