History: Last year I seen a Halloween Snoopy on Amazon. We had already purchased the pre lit Christmas Snoopy. I made his dog house and placed snoopy and a Christmas tree on top. I lit the inside and decorated the outside with a lit wreath and lights. Abbey loved it. I had also seen the Halloween Snoopy with the witches hat. Kathryn Herrera was able to get me a replacement projector after mine had fallen due to a malfunction of the tripod.
I Have contacted customer service twice via email and I spoke to Katheryn Herrera. I had an amazing service when i had issues with my 13 projector scenes had disappeared from my projector and she explained to me how that how happens. She answered my questions about the difference between the outdoor projector and the one i have. She even made me think about buying the outdoor one because it has more lumens so its brighter screen outdoor so i can do my own drive in type of theater with the family, well I'm going to buy it aro... read more
Great help
I had purchased an indoor outdoor theater set from amazon, I was having trouble pairing the 2 speakers together that came in the set. I had spoke with amazon and they were no longer offer the product at that time so could not replace it. I called over to Total Home FX with my issue and after trying to trouble shoot they were willing to replace the speakers for me. The people there were kind and friendly to work with. I will buy more products from them since they will stand behind their product.
