Went in yesterday everything was quick, everybody was helpful from the front desk back to the nurses. I was in N out within 2hrs, very thankful for there service.

All staff were attentive, respectful, and caring. My entire family suffered minor injuries from a car accident and we were all well taken care of. This will be my go-to urgent care center. Dr. Shah, RN Kalee, and not quite sure of the RT who was a great help with our experience. But thank you again.

Dr Lee, Cassie & Yamil I had an incredible experience at the TotalCare emergency room clinic with my son. From the moment we arrived, the staff was caring, professional, and efficient. Dr. Lee was amazing compassionate, attentive, and made sure we fully understood everything. Cassie, our RN, was so kind and comforting, and Yamil from radiology (RAD) was wonderful and gentle with my son during the imaging. Let me say from the reception area to the exam room, my experience was amazing. I would definitely say if you need quick and speedy service TOTAL CARE is definitely the place. Dr. Paul Lee was great and explained every detail for me to understand. Even checked on me after my visit.

This office is always amazing. My wait times are never long, the doctor never objects or seems rushed to answer any questions and is always so knowledgeable. I truly have confidence that they care about me and my health, that Im not just another face in the crowd. My daughter and I both go here.

I came in around 5:30 in the morning I’m pretty sure close to shift change but the team that was there was completely attentive, kind, friendly, helpful, funny, and took great care of me and showed me so much hospitality. I don’t think anyone plans to go to the ER but if you’re in the area where this location is I’d highly recommend this Total Care. I’ve never been so comfortable in a stressful situation in my life.
