RecommendedI had been turned away from Cook Childrens and Integra Urgent Care. This was my 3rd stop of the night with my sick daughter, but it should have been my first! Everyone was so kind and prompt and we got a quick diagnosis of strep. We were even offered snacks and drinks. Kimmie at the front desk was extra sweet, our nurse Kim and Dr. Hume were great too! The lad was very quick to get us our culture results. Just a very good and refreshing experience.

RecommendedI had my second trip to this location and was just amazed how clean, fast and friendly they are. Normally when you check in a place it’s like talking to a robot.(Name , sign here, have a seat, 3-6 hours later you go back) Not here. Kimmie at the front desk was so friendly. Larry from X-ray took me right back so I didn’t have to wait and started my vitals and Charlotte my nurse was there less than a minute after.
