The staff and Dr. Wilson are very nice. The reason for only 4 stars is you really have to be on them about your medications. I’ve had delays in getting my medications because there is trouble getting them sent over. You have to call and be the go between with them and pharmacies. I’ve also experienced it with lab work.

The emergency service was very much appreciated. The nurse and doctor were on point and explained the problem thoroughly. This place is the best I've had to visit for an emergency.

I Have used TotalCare for many years and so glad I do! The office staff is always pleasant and Ms.Kelley is a phenomenal provider! She makes you feel comfortable and is very easy to talk too. Great experience here and great people :)

I’m an army vet that came to emergency room experiencing  something I’ve never experienced before. Doctor Brent Armstrong didn’t only give me medical care but also sit down with me and explain everything was going on with me and it made perfect sense he was very knowledgeable on the subject , a treat me with the most respect and listing to me , that’s what it’s all about . Thank you doctor Armstrong you really help me understand my body and the new changes and give me tools to keep going forward with my challenges!

 I had a wonderful experience during my recent appointment. The staff was welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. Jan Bradley, PA, took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Ruby, the nurse who cared for me, was amazing—kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout my visit. I left feeling truly cared for, respected, and confident in the care I received. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking compassionate, quality healthcare.

I can’t say enough wonderful words to describe the care and compassion Ashley Showed me. She listens and genuinely cares about her clients. She was extremely patient with me and provided exceptional guidance. She did not rush and took the extra time I needed.  Ashley and Brittany are beautiful people inside and out. They are both extremely passionate in the care they provide.  I am grateful that God has put them in my path.
