RecommendedIt has been so rare to find anyone compassionate, patient, or kind in the medical field. Most of the time they are rushing to get rid of you, look at the computer screen the entire time they are in the room never making eye contact, or just have an overall elitist attitude. This has not been my experience at Total Care Hulen. Today a nurse named Loki (that I had never met before) listened to me, hugged me, talked WITH me, and prayed for me. RecommendedVery pleasant staff that listens carefully and addresses every issue. Long wait is probably normal for late afternoon appointments, but if you show up and stay, they will take care of you and call in your meds. Very nice experience.
RecommendedI highly recommend Total Care Urgent Care in Crowley. Keith the PA was very attentive concerned responsive and knew exactly what to do. When we first entered I was told it could be up to 30 minutes and my grandson was having asthma issues. a nurse walked in after her lunch break apparently saw he was having a crisis and immediately went over to get his oxygen saturations. RecommendedI went there with what I thought was bronchitis but turned out to be pneumonia. You cannot ask for a better staff of caring people. Dr. R is the absolute best!! I would have him as my primary doctor if I could.
