Excellent care! Very thorough! Thankful for this type of ER versus a large hospital where it can take hours to be seen. All the staff was kind courteous and I received excellent care by all in a timely manner!

I had a really bad cough for over a week. Thought I could kick it on my own. Not the case. I got to be taken care of by both night shift AND day shift! I felt like a real VIP. Highly recommend. The night nurse, Cassie, was great! So funny! So caring! The night rad tech, Jamil, was so nice. Nia, the night shift registration girl was on her way out the door, but very sweet. I went in to have a dog bite treated. Everyone was very professional and I got in very quickly. The nurses were very helpful and we had genuine helpful conversations. The doctor was very nice as well and recommended a tetanus shot and gave me some antibiotics. I will absolutely go back if I need to visit another urgent care facility.

Not bad for a last min walk in for a sports physical. However the wait times are very long. We waited about 2 hours for something that literally took 20 min.
