I came in for abdominal pain and since the moment my husband asked for a wheelchair I felt like we were I. Fro the minute a wheelchair was brought to us we knew we were in Good hands. I’m from San Antonio and the young man Allen immediately came with wheelchair and assisted us getting inside. When I brought to room In the back Dr. Chien and Heather were waiting. I recently visited and was very impressed with my overall experience. From the staff at the front desk, to the medical assistant Maritza and even the provider Jan Bradley. Everyone was nice and very thorough. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great Healthcare experience!

I had a great experience at TotalCare 24/7 ER in Cedar Hill! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff—from the front desk to the nurses and doctors—was attentive, caring, and professional. Everyone in this clinic from the receptionist to the Medical staff in the back to the Dr’s and NP’s are wonderful. I’ve had the same Nurse Practitioner , for years at this clinic, and I’m blessed to have found her. She listens, but she will also tell you what needs to be said. I 100% trust her with myself or with anyone of my family members. Melissa is also great. She works in the back office.
