RecommendedOur AC went out on Sunday afternoon. I contacted Touchstone and advised them of my problem. They sent Dustin out that evening and he did what he could to get it cooling until a condenser could be replaced the next day. Dustin was extremely professional and kept us informed of what he was doing and what was discovered. Upon Dustin telling us that we had a leak in the lines and we needed a new condenser he set us up with an appointment the next day to replace and repair the problem. We woke up on Saturday morning (June with 90 degree temps) realizing that our AC was not working and had a birthday party planned for that afternoon. I called first thing and the owner Mark and one other tech came in less than 2 hours and unfortunately for us our almost 20 year old system was done. They left and came back in about 30-45 minutes with 2 window AC units to get us through the weekend and save our party!
