RecommendedI called today and Mark promptly returned my call. He was at my house within the hour. Mark took care of the issues going on with my unit. I have air again! They are very efficient and dependable. I would recommend they for all your heating and air needs.

Today we were very pleased with Billy, the tech sent out to give our AC a needed tune up before this coming Florida summer, although we are already using it !! Billy was knowledgeable and quick and nice. With Florida summers coming, the very best thing you could do is get a tune up , get your coolant if needed before it goes out. Mark and his crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were courteous, efficient and made sure any mess that came from the ductwork installation was cleaned up after the job was finished. We are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

Touchstone workers are so helpful and kind! During an installation at our grandson’s home, Toby helped me replace a water line to the refrigerator! I know of no other business that would help repair something that had nothing to do with their original job. Thank you so much Touchstone!

Terry Otto Harris 1 min · I know everyone is waiting to hear about A/C repair. For a change it went well. We called Touchstone Heat & Air. At 830 am, They said they would be here by 1130 maybe 12. By golly they were. Tech listen to all our problems and cked system. The drip hose on both unit were clogged, plus needed a little Freon. He then went up in attic for upstairs unit, come to find out some of the duct work had came loose blowing cold air in attic.
