Touchstone installed a new York AC system in my dad’s home last year. Today we were very pleased with Billy, the tech sent out to give our AC a needed tune up before this coming Florida summer, although we are already using it !! Billy was knowledgeable and quick and nice. With Florida summers coming, the very best thing you could do is get a tune up , get your coolant if needed before it goes out. Mark and his crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were courteous, efficient and made sure any mess that came from the ductwork installation was cleaned up after the job was finished. We are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.
Touchstone workers are so helpful and kind! During an installation at our grandson’s home, Toby helped me replace a water line to the refrigerator! I know of no other business that would help repair something that had nothing to do with their original job. Thank you so much Touchstone!
