RecommendedContacted John Holt early in the morning due to AC going out at night… within an hour I had the office calling me to let me know a technician was fixing to head my way! Jake ended up being my tech and stayed on the phone with me( I was at work) and talked me through what he was finding and what the issue was! Had it fixed in no time! Jake was very thorough and answered all my questions perfectly! Highly recommend Touchstone!!

RecommendedMark Touchstone and his crew are amazing! They have serviced my old a/c for years. They have always been prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful. I bought a new York unit in April and I have been thrilled. MY electric bill has come down, but I am so happy with Touchstone’s attention to detail. Randy just came to make sure everything was as it should be. The entire crew is like a big family. They even start their day at the shop with prayer. Randy even told that Mark is the best boss ever! I can surely believe that!

RecommendedTouchstone is a great company. I have an older unit that needs to be serviced regularly and when problems come up they always get to us quickly. Very professional and all around good people!
