I picked up my car at Town Center Nissan Service Department after having this past oil change and cabin air filter replacement. Before I got home, the engine light came on. I brought the car back to the service department. I explained what was going on to the attendant. He immediately told me they would look at it but I would need to pay for a diagnostic test. They omit important facts and confuse about information. They keep you there until you just give up and say WHATEVER. High interest rates are much worse than losing discounts to zero interest rates. The preventive maintenance plan they will GIVE YOU costs $399.00 ( a bit expense for the two oil changes I would need in the first two years.) You can refinance at a much lower interest rate and you can cancel the preventive maintenance plan, but it is a lot of after the sale work I did not need.
I took my car twice to the service dept complaining of my brakes feeling worn, going further to the floor and usual with a jerk from the back end after stopping. The 1st time they adjusted the brakes, It helped for a little while. I went back again because it felt like I needed some new brakes? or Pads? They told me I don't need new brakes and the brakes are working as designed. I still have an issue with my brakes. I'm unhappy and barely drive my car.
They took 5 hours just to check my engine oil light and didn't solve the issue anyway. I paid money and wasted my time for nothing.
I arrived and the car was not available but drove over an hour for them to tell me it was on the lift in the shop
Super rude & no help to me. Couldn't answer simple questions without an attitude
A reservation has been made automatically even though I didn't make one. I completely fail to understand why this situation has arisen.
They went back to charging a credit card fee without warrning.
I was not aware of the service fee using a credit card.
