I did not like the attitude and violation of service request given to the service agent via telephone a day before the service.
Car was ready but never notified
For the 12/16/25 work, I brought my car in for the "Service Engine" light, after my car started roughly the night before. They did a multi-point inspection, charging system check, and of course the routine oil change. But they never did a diagnostics check to see what may had caused the service engine light! I ended up having to bring my car back in for the same problem (only this time it was worse driving on 5 out of 6 cylinders) a few days later on 12/22/25. I was very disappointed.
I came in for an oil change. Service tech checked me in. It got done in a reasonable time and sat in the parking lot with now follow up. I waited and waited staying calm until I got tired of waiting for 3hrs. Tech left and no one could find my paperwork. Been useing you all when we bought the car brand new from this company. Very very disappointed. would like some compensation for a 3hr wait . Sincerely Jeff Whitley
I liked the professional of my service coordinator, Ms. Belle Marsh but not satisfied with the work done by the technician. My vehicle is still in bad condition and I intend to bring it back for more diagnosis.

I called Kiera, Dominic and the manager seeking a refund of the charges i paid and did not get a call returned over a six day period. Kiera's attitude was unprofessional bordering on rudeness.
The job wasn't performed at all or improperly! I went in because my check engine light came on my 2025 vehiclejust purchaseda few months ago. Was there almost 4 hrs. Was told there would be a diagnostic done and we will find the root of the problem. NOT sure what was done, (as no update on anything) but here we are a couple days later and the check engine light is back on again.
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change around 330pm. It sat for almost an hour until I saw it and had to ask if my car had been serviced or if was still waiting. I was told that they only had 4 people working in the back. And thats my problem how? I literally arrived and no cars were in the garage area.
