Made a appointment to test drive a car and drive 39 miles to get there; when I was 2 miles away I got a phone call saying the car was no longer available for viewing

They completely forgot about me. After waiting over an hour, I had to find my own car in the lot and ask why I was not told my car was ready. It was like I was invisible.

Lets just say Town Center Nissan Service Dept didnt leave me with a good impression. Not even the slightest!!! I will most definitely drive a little further away and try Autonation Nissan next time!!

I bought 2 OEM keys and the Nissan dealer told me that it cost $95 to program them. After an hour, they told me that they couldn't program them, but I would still need to pay the $95. They told me I could buy a key from them for $165 and they would program them. After that I took the key to a Locksmith and they were able to program the keys to that car. This Nissan dealer is a thief!!!

I was told that they did the transmission flush - but I drove it home about 15 miles - only to have to put in 1.5 quarts of transmission fluid in - they never topped it off after they initially refilled it. Also - they were supposedly checking all my other fluids - and again - they did not check to see that my power steering fluid was also very very low! VERY POOR QUALITY OF WORK for the price that I paid - will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!
