Ken, in the service center, is an excellent person to work with and this is why i rated 4 out of 5 stars. The oil change on a wednesday morning took almost 2 hours and they didn't check my tire monitoring system as they said they would. however, ken always looks out for the customer and makes wrongs right.
They just wanted to service the truck instead of looking into a issue cover under warranty.
I requested a full diagnostic scan and didn't receive the service. They didn't test drive my car. The tech bumped up the miles, but I had him to correct it to put the actual miles.Thiis is the third Nissan service center to do deceitful practice. Make sure to record your miles before and after.
When you have an appointment, it should not take three hours to complete the work. I suggest that the scheduling system could be reviewed to be more service oriented.

Would never take back or purchase a vehicle from Town Center Nissan. Services is terrible especially the sales men.
The worst of the worst. No accountability. I got an oil change ended up with a full blown transmission. I hate people that are not honest and have no moral compass. I wouldn't recommend Town Center Nissan to anyone. I will never have my car serviced there again. I was treated unfairly and dismissed as if I was totally stupid. Your Service Supervisor followed me as I was walking back to my car chirping crappie. I had to tell not to follow me. Showed up at 5 for a scheduled appointment, they closed at 7, never got to service my car or anything, apparently they couldn't get to my car even though it's a scheduled appointment which is an interesting way to basically tell you there's no point in scheduling an appointment that late because they are probably not going to get to it. I think they should just remove that option in the first place, suggested there could be a free service for making me wait 2 hours but never got back with me.
Bad business wish I would have went somewhere else
