I was approached by 2 different salesman to buy a new car, when I JUST BOUGHT MY CURRENT CAR. THEN THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING ME. In less than 5,000 miles I have to replace the tires on my "CPO" C.P,O. Car. That is ridiculous. I could not believe they didn't give me a better deal, even on labor. It's disgusting and disappointing. They did not do all services I paid for. I called and complain with no resolve.
I've been there twice. They kept my truck a week at a time and still don't have my engine light off.
They told me I needed to spend 1350 for a new strut to align my car since they could not get the right front aligned. Since my car was an infinity I decided to go to the infinity dealer. Not only was the right front not out of alignment but the left rear was out of alignment which Town Center Nissan said was ok. The infinity dealer was able to align all 4 with only the cost of an alignment. Thanks.
I was there for 3 hours and was told it would only be an 1 and half hour wait.
Asked for a car wash, did not get it!
Their certification program for used vehicles is worthless. The "Fender" speakers on a 20k mileage truck I drove off the lot were blown out. I got rid of that lemon before other things happened. The very last time I will step foot on that propertyand I was a very loyal customer for 15 years. No longer. Avoid this place. It's a den of questionable ethics.
I like the service center. I did not like the time it took to get my oil changed. I remember it taking less than an hour the last few times I had it changed, I did not like the fact that no one knew that all four tires are the same size an they could be rotated. Instead of asking me, they assume. Now I have to take more time off of work for a return trip to have them done. for the first time i have to give the team a F+
for parts $87.98, seal o ring 15.99, o ring 11.99, R134A per oz refrig $60.00 and shop supplies $33.87. and labors $620.00 for 8 hrs $75.00 that. high special labors. the serivce guy is good
