The job wasn't performed at all or improperly! I went in because my check engine light came on my 2025 vehiclejust purchaseda few months ago. Was there almost 4 hrs. Was told there would be a diagnostic done and we will find the root of the problem. NOT sure what was done, (as no update on anything) but here we are a couple days later and the check engine light is back on again.
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change around 330pm. It sat for almost an hour until I saw it and had to ask if my car had been serviced or if was still waiting. I was told that they only had 4 people working in the back. And thats my problem how? I literally arrived and no cars were in the garage area. I can't speak for what was going on behind the scenes in the shop part, but at least inform the customer that its going to be a wait and not just have someone waiting and believing they are getting serviced for almost an h... read more
Poor customer service. My car keeps not starting took it for a diagnosis and nothing was wrong. The dealer lost my keys and I had to come back the next day to pick up my truck. They never offered to do any other services I needed an oil change and tore rotation but the service was so horrible that I picked my car up the next day without anything being done

My truck front fender got scratched when it was in for the oil change. We are very upset set. It needs to be fixed by yall. They are the only ones who have worked on our truck since we had it in for oil change. It's not even a year old.
2 1/2 hour wait to get the oil changed, didn't even get a complementary car wash after that. Crowded with customers , crew people talking fast to me because they were all in a hurry. Bought the car there a couple years ago but then everyone was super friendly and helpful. Price was the same as anywhere else so I could have had work done in half the wait time.

Check in was fine, no issues and very friendly. From there, it took about 2 hours to get an oil change, rotation and overall check. The car was actually ready for checkout and payment about a half hour before I was called. It just sat in the bay waiting. Far too long for the amount of service done. Too many appts at one time? Not enough techs? Not enough advisers? No idea....I try to extend the life of my car by using a certified Nissan service center but this makes me think twice.
Absolutely terrible. Major electrical issue. Instead of being honest and telling me it wasn't their field, and they don't have the resources or the knowledge to properly troubleshoot, they started throwing parts at my truck. They had it for 4 months with no resolution. Nothing they touched even had anything to do with the original problem. Had a local small time guy look at it and he had it back on the road in a week. Don't trust TCN with anything more than an oil change. They're liars.
