Vania and Dr Thompson are great. Saw Dr Bussey last week but didn't like her. She wasn't very nice. She also was rude to her assistants. Won't be going back to her again.

We live in Brookhaven and needed a dentist for my daughter so while eating some great pizza, we went up to Town to get a quote on basic exam and x-ray. We were quoted $135 so we came back. We had that done and it was fine but when we checked out, we were charged $175. I called to check on the discrepancy and we were told that that was the price but they would check with the dentist and call back. Pressure Sales I had the wierdest experience here the other day when I went for the second half of my deep cleaning. First half went well, no complaints. Went back for the second half - and that's where it got weird. I knew before I sat down they were going to try to upsell me for a new numbing technique, but I was completely unprepared for the BADGERING that took place! I went several months ago and have the same complaints as some of the other reviews. Young staff and dental assistant was not professional; I asked the front desk her name and I believe she said Blake (perhaps that's her last name). I just went for a cleaning so can't say what the dentists are like on advanced procedures.

Decided to try a new dentist closer to my house about 6 months ago. I like to support new operations and liked the location. Unfortunately, the cleaning itself took way too long because the very young hygenist had a hard time working and talking at the same time. Once the dentist came in to review, I was bombarded with problems. I needed bleaching. As someone that prides themselves in taking excellent care of my teeth, I value a very good dentist. Unfortunately, I too was not pleased with my experience. I knew almost immediately that I would not be going back. This office felt very pretentious from the beginning. My dental hygenist, don't know her name but she was Asian, was not very good. I am relatively new to the area, and I knew it was time to find a new dentist. I was referred to this practice, and was excited that I was able to make an appointment so quickly. I arrived ten minutes before my appointment as requested, but when I got there the door was looked and the only movement inside was from a dog (yes, a dog! In a dental office!) running around. Came in yesterday as I had grinded my gum open over the weekend. Some of the worst pain ever. Decided to pop over to this dentist. The place has really nice equipment and feels nice inside, that's about as good as it gets tho "Hints the 2stars rating". The dentist brings me back and we begin. I don't like writing reviews like this, but here's my experience at this office. If you don't want to read why, and just want my conclusion - I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO HER (dr Bussey) AGAIN. She's adequate, but doesn't stand behind her work/mistakes, at least with me. If you've been to a bad dentist, you know it. If you've been to a great dentist, you know it. She's in the middle.
