I just had my first visit to Town Dentistry! I recently relocated to the Atlanta area and always have a hard time finding a dentist that could accomodate my travel schedule. Dr. Bussey and her staff went above and beyond to get me an appointement that fit my schedule. The entire staff was awesome and couldn't have had better luck finding a new dentist in the area. I HIGHLY recommend Town Dentistry for those looking for a dentist that will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

I highly recommend Dr. Bussey at Town Dentistry! She is a wonderful, caring dentist who makes a visit a wonderful experience. Jason is superhelpful with any scheduling, insurance and referral needs. Great location and beautiful office.

I recently went to Town Dentistry in Brookhaven. Before my appointment, I called to confirm that they were in-network providers, but apparently they are not. I received a bill for things that I did not ask for and things they did twice (two separate types of x-ray on the same day). It was to the extent that my insurance said it looked like clerical errors, but they aren't errors. I will never got to this dentist again. Horrible treatment. Did not properly advise on treatment plan and were about to do an intense procedure without my knowledge. Did not acknowledge that I paid for my bill, and invoiced me incorrectly. Horrible bed side manner. Horrible receptionists. Dentist stuck me with needle with no warning. I have been going to this location since I moved to Atlanta 4 years ago. I never had issues prior to this year but this business has gone downhill. Twice I have had scheduled appointments and been called the day of or the day prior to reschedule. The first time I was asked to come in 15 mins. earlier then my scheduled appointment time then made to wait in the waiting room for 45 mins. The office is extremely nice, and the employees are also nice. That being said.. I've had so many odd experiences with this place, I'm wondering why in the world I would ever keep going back. I found Town Dentistry by way of referral, from my most selective friend, so I figured TD would be the best of the best. I went in for a first time checkup. I was told I need a veneer removed and a cavity filled under it, or my tooth would fall out. I have had very few cavities in the past. I got a second opinion who said do not remove the veneer. We don' see a cavity, but a dark area with veneer. Will monitor it in the future. May just need cleaning.

The staff is friendly, the office is nice. The dentists and hygienists are professional and skilled. The billing staff and management are incompetent bordering on negligent. When I first reached out to schedule an appointment, they confirmed via email and over the phone that they took my insurance. You have to wonder about a place that gives you a price of $105 for a first time visit when you are calling around to find out pricing on a couple dentists' services - and then when you call back to make the appointment with them they tell you that the first visit price is going to cost $380 (more than 4x the first price they quoted) and even though it concerns you, you make the appointment but when the day of the appointment arrives they tell you that they never booked the appointment - and let you know that it was written ... read more
